IPO WALLET FEES

We do not charge investors any fees for accessing the portal. IPO Wallet and other third party service fees for each offering are disclosed in the respective offering materials. IPO Wallet Inc. will receive up to 9.25% of the capital raised per offering paid by the Issuer and a transaction fee enumerated at the transaction point of the investment process.
