Communications. Records of emails, calls, and meetings between you and our team, including anything you send us voluntarily.

Website usage data. Standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically when you use this site.

Investor account information. If and when IPO Wallet's platform supports investor accounts, information required to open and service an account, including identifying information needed to satisfy investor verification and the investment-limit checks required under Regulation Crowdfunding.

Information from service providers. Where applicable, information from our escrow, transfer agent, and other vetted partners in connection with services they provide on our behalf.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect only for purposes compatible with why we originally asked for it: to respond to your inquiries, deliver materials you requested (such as the Portal Comparison Study), schedule and conduct calls, evaluate and support a potential capital raise, service an investor account, and improve this website. We do not use your information to make investment recommendations — IPO Wallet does not provide investment advice.

Access to your information is limited to team members and service providers who have a legitimate business reason to see it. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to protect your information, and we require anyone handling it on our behalf to keep it confidential.

When we share your information

Service providers who work on our behalf. Escrow agents, transfer agents, and other vendors who help us deliver our services, such as our escrow partner North Capital, bound by confidentiality obligations.
